I have paid Rs.5000 towards self assessment tax on 6th June.
when it will appear in AIS.
how much time it will take
Usually ten working days.
But you get receipt on Email, so you can enter the details in ITR and can upload it.

Taxes paid also reflect in e pay history of income tax portal
