For a unlisted limited co. having 60 shareholders. if more than 50% shareholders email address not available can it give postal notice for physical meeting of AGM . What is last date of holding AGM of such companies this year. In notice can it mention if shareholders willing may register their email id with company and due to circumstances may do e voting on resolutions of AGM.
can someone please please forward the notice and process format for above.

Yes you can send the physical notice and even you will provide evoting facilities to shareholders having physical notice. last date is 30/09/2020 but due to this situation it's will extended
