Serving short notice for an Annual General Meeting (AGM) can have serious consequences. A short notice AGM is only considered valid if at least 95% of the members entitled to vote give their consent. If this threshold is not met, the meeting, along with any resolutions passed during it, will be deemed void.

Took Approval of 95% of members entitled to attend and vote ,otherwise meeting will be void including all resolution passed thereon
