Agm query for producer company
in case of first AgM within 90 days of incorporation any items to be transacted for financial books ? plz let me know

No ,I don't think so ,And it's very awkward thing for producer companies that they can't take benefit of 9 months just like any other company , general matters for first AGM includes Adoption of AOA, appointment of director(s), First Auditor and general business item only , Financial year definition as per sec 2(41) ,so mostly in second AGM Financials will be adopted ...
