Dear Hemanth,

                    No need to worry, no need to register again. You are required to fill only examination form by paying the examination fees. So you can continue your cpt dec-2016.

Then please contact ICAI regional office, they will help you...

I will suggest better to visit regional office.

Please call ( 044 30210334, 044 30210344, 044 30210345, 044 30210343) to your regional ICAI Office and Tell Your Name & Date Of Birth. They will Said your SRO Number or send an email to sro_counsellor @ icai.in. Prefer to call.
