hi friends,i completed my pe-2 in nov 2009 exams as results were announced on feb1..
when should i register for my articleship and when will be my final attempt...
is there any cut off date for regsitering articleship..is there any chance of loosing my attempt..if i register late..
how to proceed now.??.pls help
You should register your articleship as soon as possible. The duration of 3 years will be reckoned only from the date of commencement mentioned on your form 102/103.
The form can be back-dated if your principal agrees, but only back-date upto the date of declaration of PE2 results. You might have to pay a small condonation fee for the delay.
If you register with a date of say Feb 1, 2009, then your attempt will fall in May 2012. A significant delay now can cause this attempt to shift.
