after the transfer as per form 7b has been executed ,then what is to b done with the form , does the form is needed to b sent to roc .
how will mca update its databse regarding such transfer ?? though form 20b will include such details but it wil be only after the end of the concerned year. is there a way to update the database regardin such transfer immediately ???

No need to send form to ROC. ROC does not maintain register of members of all companies on real time basis. It is maintained by company only. Shares can be transferred to another private company also.

Agree with Agrawal Sir....no need to send the transfer intimation to ROC.....
As regards the signatory, any director of the transferee company, duly authorised can sign the same with Company's stamp...
