I have received notice u/s 143(1) for filing ITR for A.Y 2018-19. while going through the notice i have observed that CPC not taken relief u/s 89(1) into consideration which is the only mistake shown in the notice. what to do now ????
Had you uploaded form 10E alongwith ITR?
If not, upload the same and revise the return......
I Have uploaded the form 10E along with filed ITR-1 for the financial year 2017-18 A.Y 2018-19.
Had you filed the return of the year for which relief of arrers claimed?

It means Arrear for which years included also need to file the returns?
Yes, it should have been filed earlier, as now it may not be possible to file; being time-barred.
