which is better course after or along with bcom in regard to scope,jobs,better salary,promotion.

CA or CS or CMA
CA will be a better choice I think so
There are so many good courses you can choose after b com.
The common choices are M.COM, CA and MBA.
But these are very limited as per my opinion.
Take a look at all opportunities after B Com in different sectors.
- Be an Entrepreneur
- Be a Market Researcher
- opt for CS/CA/CWA/CFA
- Become a Stockbroker
Apart from CA & MBA in Finance, you can also opt for various other options. A comprehensive list of career options after completing B.com can be found here. You will find the job & higher study options along with higher education options.
Also, you can opt for some IT course and get lucrative career options as a business analyst. Knowledge of accounting & business along with IT knowledge opens a lot of new opportunities for B.com graduates.
