I have taking advocate services. But my advocate have not gst number.. Then I will pay gst under RcM basis.. Then how much tax percentage I will pay????

as per get rate available yes/no.so few company are good's rate by 5%gst.

You can deal any goods or Services with any rate of tax... As per rule it we received advocate service it's rate is 5 percent under RCM....
