Advise for a new business entity

Hi,

I am looking to open/register a business entity on a very small scale, where I might also hire up to 4-5 employees.

What kind of entity would be suitable in the beginning - OPC, Firm etc. considering the registration charges, ease of registration and maintenance, tax implications.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Register as a proprietorship . If it works then you may open a public company after reputation
