Advance license
If SION norms available , Shall we import by Net to net basis? Will DGFT allow for both license issue / redemption? Is it a right method to follow? Please do not forward the circular / notification / etc.. Give clear reply to easy understand

If my understanding is correct about your query, you have to show gross imports reduced by wastage as per sion norms. If sion norms are not available, you can still import by a declaration and subsequently you ll have to apply for fixation of norms with norms committe, delhi
