now they should add the name of branch "b" in their IEC CODE.

IEC AND IN RCMC ADDRESSED HAS BEEN ADDEDED. HOW SHOULD I AMEND LICENSE ANY FORMAT

at the time of issuance the DIGITAL key put in the computer system and instruction given there you must follow them.
