Our Advance Licence Registration is kept on hold by Dy. Comm. of Customs since we have a pending Judicial Matter of 2009 with C. Excise.
Question : Can Adv. Licence Registration be withheld due to undecided Judicial Matter. Is there any such notification ?
THEY CAN STOP WHEN YOU ARE A DEFAULTER?? NOT ON A/C OF MATTER PENDING BEFORE COURT.
