what happens in next AGM??? Will i be automatically be appointed as auditor for the next term or should I give the concent only then I'll be appointed??

When you were appointed to fill in the casual vacancy left by the previous auditors of ABC. pvt. ltd, you were appointed only for the remainder of their term until the next Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the next AGM, your appointment as an auditor will be subject to the approval of the shareholders. This means that you will not be automatically appointed as an auditor for the next term, and you will need to give your consent to be appointed as an auditor again.
During the AGM, the shareholders will vote on the appointment of auditors for the next term, and if you are willing to continue as the auditor, you may offer yourself for reappointment. The shareholders will then vote on the appointment of auditors, and if a majority of shareholders approve your appointment, you will be appointed as an auditor for the next term.
