Admission to icwa inter

One of my friend like to study ICWA.  Her qualification is as follows.

She has completed 10th standard.

Then instead of Plus 2 , she has studied diploma in commerical practice.

She is also qualified with B.Com and M.com with first class.

Whether she can join directly to ICWA intermediate course since she has not studied Plus two where as she has studied diploma in commercial practice. and post graudate qualification in commerce.
