Can additional depreciation e allowed to claim for more than one years as no part of the section restricts it for the one i.e. 1 st year itself?
please provide backings for the same

Additonal depreciation can be claiemed in first year only.
The Income Tax Act clearly says that it is available in first year only
Pls refer section 32 of the Income tax Act
