Please guide can a company appoint an additional CS (with no intention to File Form 32) in addition to a full time CS already appointed by the company
If yes, can a non member (Final pass of CS exams and undergone SMTP) be appointed as additional CS

According to me company can appoint more than one company secretary but only one company secretary can be responsbile to external/internal parties in terms of statutory issues. So I there is no need of filing form 32. becuase the additional company secreatary is not as per Law but for convenient
wt do u say in case he is made responsible for specific provisions of the Act or laws or accounts. check reliance.
Even a licensiate member or CS inter pass can be made additional company secretary...please remember when you authorise he comes under Section 5 i .e. officer in default and for that requirements are different... and for that no form 32 is required
