Hi All,
The rental agreement was initialy made in the name of my father and the owner. Now, i need my name into it to get the address proof for me.
1. Can i add my name to the agreement? If so, is it by a new stamp paper as addition/continuation of the old agreement.
2. Can i have a fresh agreement back dated? eg :20.03.2014

stamp paper is valid for only 6 months inanywhre in the country,get a noc certificate from the lawyer ,proving that relationship and address proof otherwise open a savings account in any nationalized bank,with ufather and u as ajoint account,and get the address proof from that along with photograph, outdated stamp is not valid it period is six months, one agreement is formed before one year u cannot add or remove the name within 1or 2months , my idea is just open savings account in nationalised bank with u father and u joint as a joint account holder u get address prooof and identify proof for both of persons
