Any section/rule/circular/notification/press release/clarification about adding of missing invoice of B2B in subsequent month in GSTR 1 Return

you can't directly add the invoice inthe next month gstr1 return, but in amendment column in gstr1 you can add the previous month gst invoice
How can I amendment it, if it had not added
Yeah he is talking no sense,I have no solution for it yet
