We know companies incorporated on or b4 31/12/2017 were mandatorily reqd to file e-form ACTIVE INC-22A on or b4 25/04/2019. is it mandatory for newly incorporated companies to do so even if they r incorporated after 31/12/2017 especially b4 or after the commencement of Companies Ordinance ????
No, as per Rule 25A of companies (Incorporation) rules, as amended, companies incorporated on or before 31/12/2017 has to file ACTIVE form for companies incorporated after said date no need to file and no notification is released by MCA to mandate filing. Hope it helps. -Sai Chandu Reddy
