ACTIVE INC-22A
We know companies incorporated on or b4 31/12/2017 were mandatorily reqd to file e-form ACTIVE INC-22A on or b4 25/04/2019. is it mandatory for newly incorporated companies to do so even if they r incorporated after 31/12/2017 especially b4 or after the commencement of Companies Ordinance ????

Then is it to be done for the next F.Y.??
No, as per Rule 25A of companies (Incorporation) rules, as amended, companies incorporated on or before 31/12/2017 has to file ACTIVE form for companies incorporated after said date no need to file and no notification is released by MCA to mandate filing.
