Activate the Status of a company under liquidation in MCA21

The status of a company in MCA21 site is found "under liquidation". For filing Annual Accounts and appointing directors, we have to make the status of the company active. Can any body explain the procedure to be followed by the company to make the status active in MCA21 site, to whome application to be submitted.? Kindly advice.
