At end in form 103, one coloumn is there as ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (TO BE FILLED BY APPLICANT).......in that column DD details pertaining to articleship registration should be written or it should be left blank?????

No,, if u had already paid 12000,, at the time of IPCC registration,,, u don't need submit any amount nor u need to fill the column..........
