Generally, If expenses is relating to transportation of Goods than "transportation Charges"
and If expenses done by employees of Company for travel than " Conveyance Charges" is considered appropriate..

as company received BUS TRAVEL SERVICE Bill should be booked  under which exp ? Travelling Exp? or any else.
