Respected Sir 

Im Supratim Ghosh from kolkata.  I  want to know the journal entry of following problem

Q) There is a service bill of Rs50000 & service tax added 10.33%. we have to deduct TDS @ 2% assume that service tax input credit available to ur co. What is the journal entry?

Sundry Debtors   A/c                              Dr.   54062

TDS Deducted   A/c                                Dr.      1103

         To Service Income   A/c                                        50000

         To Service Tax collected   A/c                                 5165

(Being invoice booked, TDS deducted @ 2% on invoice amount)
