PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE SAMPLE OF balance sheet and p/l in schedule vi format of real estate company they take land on power of attorney and after developing land they sell out the plot with huge margin but make sale deed with less value to avoid registry and stamp duty expenses.

ofcourse accounting will be as per sale deed. As per accounting concern there is no harm... value on which sale deed executed will be entered in balance sheet..
sorry dont have such format... search on search engines or MCA 21... you will surely get...
