Whether unspent amount of CSR fund have to depict in Balance Sheet of the Company.
If yes, what is the accounting entry and under which head it will come?
If no, why is it so?

THE UNSPENT AMOUNT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FUND
If the fund still exists , then at the year end , the balance amount should lie in the fund and appear under Reserves and Surplus in B/S.
If the fund existence is over, then the unspent amount should be treated as income and shown in profit and loss a/c
