I have a doubt in bonus
THERE IS A PROVISION THAT IF SHARE ARE NOT FULLY PAID UP THEN CO. CAN NOT ISSUE BONUS SHARE BUT IF CO. WANTS TO CONVERT PARTLY PAID TO FULLY PAID THEN IT CAN ISSUE BONUS......
HOW THIS CAN BE POSSIBLE

Partly paid up shares need to be converted to fully paid up...
1) By calling unpaid amount
2) By co. itself (BONUS CALL)
After converting into fully paid up...Company can issue BONUS SHARES
