Dear Sir,

In addition to trade discount the party has also given cash discount at the time of making complete payment how the same is accounted ?

Party a/c                  Dr. 

Discount a/c            Dr.  (only cash discount)

            To Cash a/c  

Note :- Trade discount is not accounted .

Trade discount are not recorded while journalising only cash discount is recorded..........
