tution fee received from student should comes under which accounting head?
and what will be the accounting entries for tution fee or fee received from student for any type of courses offered to him.?\
please guide?

Accounting entries for educational institute

Tution Fees recd from students would be shown as Income in the Income & Expenditure Account. You can prepare LEdger Accounts for difference types of Fees recd from students. If the tution Fee is recd in Cash then Debit Cash Account if by Bank then Debit Bank Account and Credit the respective Fee Account.
open a new head if not as "Fees & Subscripttions" and book it.
