please suggest as to which AS needs to be followed for payment of prepaid cards?i mainly want to know the actual entry that needs to be passed in the account books for advance payment and for prepaid cards?

the school bus is being used for transporting students to and from the school to residence.note the school is CBSE affiliated and being run under a registered society.
