jo Accountant hai vo Audit nhi kar sakta kyunki Audit ka right CA ke pass hai aur vo Accounting Standard se updated bhi nhi hota toh usko kaise pata chalega ki jo Accounts vo prepare kar raha hai Vo Sahi hai ya galat?

Accountant can update himself through MCA web site for INDAS , and ICAI site for AS , along with that , he must update in Income tax act 1961, GST Act 2017 , and Companies Act 2013 and for export Import Coustom Act 1962.
Whatever everyone have answered is the Act. But application is essential.
