1. Fees for Pollution Board Certificate
2. Fees for Electricity connection
3. Fees for new Phone connection
What entry and under which heads should we record for all such expenses.

How should be record purchase of Fire Extinguishers Asset or Misc. Expenses?

fees for Eb and Telelphone for new connection:
I think u had paid some deposits then it ill be shown under asset side under the head loans and advances.
Fire extin. is surly an Asset. and it is not a misc. exdpediture.
Fees for obtaining certificate from pollution board
Its not a deposit, its annual fee
What is the right account for it...?
Misc. Expenses, Estb. Expenses, Fees A/d, Legal & Professional A/c
One Time Fee for Electricity connection
Fee for pollution board should go to p&l...dont know abt elec. connection..
