Please tell me whats the procedure " IF TRUST IS GETTING CLOSED AND THE ASSETD AND LIABILITIES ARE TRANSFERED TO OTHER TRUST "

If Trust is closed then you have to intimate "Charity Commissioner">>> for that you have to go local charity commissioner office in your city...they will give you check list for required documentation [ for example minutes of meeting of trustees / resolution passed- all copies]....follow process and take order from commissioner.
if Trust is registered under income tax act for 80G then you have to follow above procedure...difference being you have to approach income tax office rather charity commissioner and complete process.
