About Transit Scheme(PE-II to PCC)

Dear Friends,

Please guide me about transit scheme (PE-II to PCC), as i have registered with ICAI(Kanpur) on basis of Graduation and till i have not complete any of the group of PE-II.

Can i convert my Registration from PE-II to PCC.

i have visited ICAI's website, they issued a form in the name of PCC Convesation form, can i fill it and send to ICAI or not?
