sir have filed my July gst1 return. now quaterly return format is available on portal. my query is that shall I have to file July gstr1 return again.

No need Show the July filed transaction in the quarter of "July - Sep". You just show August and September details in GSTR 1...

Quarterly return is applicable for GSTR 1 from August onwards. So, no need to re-file July GSTR-1.
