Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the rules around Provident Fund (PF) withdrawals for private sector employees. It confirms that if an employee has completed five years of continuous service, no Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applied to their PF withdrawal, even if Form 15G is not submitted. This is particularly helpful for individuals unable to visit their former employer for the withdrawal process.

If employee withdraws PF after a period of five year, no tds will be deducted.
Any requirement upload of 15g
No, as withdrawal after 5 year continuous service
Thanks a lot sir
No tds will be deducted since completed 5 years of service
