About my cpt report card

I have passed CPT in distinction in June 2015. But I haven't yet received my markscard. I had registered with old address during registration of CPT. Now I don't know whether institute haven't yet sent it or any unknown person have received it in the old address and lost it. If so what should I do to apply for another markscard. Please help me to get my markscard.

Apply for duplicate marksheet with the Institute.

Also change your address in Institute's records

Contact regional office along with the exam regn no and they will guide you. If you have result screenshot that is enough for enrolment and other purpose.all the best koushik
