I cleared both group of IPCC and registered for Article Training as on 30.10.2012 in Kolkata. Now i want to go for Industrial Training.
I want to know the procedure to get registered for Industrial Training.
Do i need to inform the institute 3 months before joing the Industrial Training?
I have found the list of companies which provide Idustrial Training. But no any contact details is given. Plz also suggest me that how can i approach these companies.

Industrial training is done in the last year of articleship
minimum 9 month maximum 12 month
only 3rd year articles can join Ind Trn
u need not inform ICAI before 3 months
Just fill 109 for transfer and Tell ICAI that u wanna go for IND TRN... ur transfer will be approved
Fill the prescribed form of Ind Trn registration and u r done
Normally the companies which offer Industrial Training are World Bank, NTPC, Delhi Discoms
Try to find some reference.. or else Google thr contact nmbr and email ids
Reference is very much essential for ind trn... or ur Profile must be very strng

I would recommend you to serve a 3 month notice to your principal. Advisable through E-Mail. My principal threatened to hold my ex-colleague back due to the 3-month notice not being served. Better be safe than sorry, I'd say.
