ABOUT ID & PASSWORD

According to the scenerio i am falling under the GST regime.
but due to some unfavorable conditions i didn't doing any sale and purchase from aug to till now.

So now i want surrender my gst number bt my accountant demand high fees and charges..
when i demanded for id and password for other purpose he reject to give me id password...

so there's have any other solution for getting my id and password..????

please tell me solution...
