Hi Friends,
one of my friend got gst registered,but he didn't know that he want to file GSTR3B
from first month,he is a small business person he don't have that much amount as penalty to pay what can we do know to file returns.
pls guide me.

There is no option other than payment of late fees.
Late fee is auto calculted by portal & cannot file your return without paying late fee.
