About form 108 and 119
my articleshp term will get completed by the end of this month so i wud like to knw whether form 108 needs to b send in triplicate or one is sufficient? whether we need to send 119 along vid 108..thnx in advance..

Only one copy of form 108 need to be send. No need to send form 119.
shud i attach any document with that like articles registration letter, id card etc.,? Can u send me filled in form of 108?
No other document required to be attached. Sorry, I do not have a softcopy of Form 108.
