I am in preparation of New Project of Cement Pole Plant where we have to Capitalise Electricity exp. But I am confuesed about the Wires using upto Transformer & through Transformer to whole Plant . In which A/c We have to Capitalise this & How Dep. we have to show?

Depreciation will be allowed basically on yearly or partly year basis.
