about arbitrator...

hello sir,

i am a furniture dealer , and I required to deliver furniture at our client place.

but I don't have any vehicle.

so I approached an transporter and said that :

dear transporter whenever I call u ,u have to come to my office and transport some furniture.

so am i agent or arbitrator to transporter.
