Dear All We Exported material against two A.R.E.1.But our C H A Cleared the material against single A.R.E.1 . Means other A.R.E1 is not produced by C H A at customs & even detail of another A.R.E.1 is not mentioned on shipping Bill. Now my question is , Can pending A.R.E.1 ( Which is lost by C H A ) be stamped by customs , so that rebate of duty can be availed.

Yes. But it is stringent process. You have to file an affidavit based on the FIR lodged for the loss of ARE1
