TDS / TCS 464 views 1 replies

A situation has risen as stated below:

There is a joint venture for infrastructure development agreement between two individuals, one is based in Andhra Pradesh and other is based in Karnataka. The venture does multiple projects in both the states, Intially all the accounts / documents were maintained in AP and now shifted to Karnataka. The IT returns is being filed in Karnataka now. But for TDS Filing, address is still that of Andra. The party wants to shift the TAN number to Karnataka.

What is the procedure for doing the same ? Will the TAN number change ?
