a file not getting restored

Try changing the file number. Also try uploading the file into another system(if you have an extra system).

well, I have tried both the options but to no use. Tally support may turn out to be helpful.

Dear Sir,

Open Tally,

Close All the Companies in Tally.

at the company info screen i.e

Press CTRL + ALt + R .

And Select the Company which is not opening .

It Will ask for rewrite.

Say yes.

After the Rewrite Is Complete Please Check If Compnay Is Opening.

PS: Most Important - Please Take Proper Back up Before Performing Above Mentioned Steps.
