1. No you cannot get deduction u/s 80gg as you have own residential property along with rented house.
2. In this case also you cannot get deduction as income from house property arises.
3. Not possible
in short in all of the three cases deduction is not applicable.
80GG is applicable where you do not get any HRA from employer and you have paid rent for any unfurnished accommodation then you can get 80GG deduction.
But if you have any own residential property along with rented house then deduction is no available
