IF I PAY RS.100000/- TO APPROVED INSTITUTE U/S 80G -ANATH ASHRAM ON THE NAME OF MY SON...

CAN I GET DEDUCTION U/S 80G AGANIST MY TOTAL GROSS INCOME IN FY 2013-2014 ??

(DONATION IS MADE BY CHEQUE & DONATION RECIEPT ISSUED ON THE NAME OF MY SON)

If son is minor then definately you can claim, not otherwise.

only in case of a minor son you can get the exemption.
