hello experts 80 gg available only for salaried person or available for a person who have only business income and he paid rent for residential house so business men also can claim 80 gg or not

80GG can be claimed by anyone except those who own a residential property in that state or claims HRA exemption

Yes you can claim Deduction under Section 80GG of the Income Tax Act 1961.
